Watch Dogs 3 to Be Set in London: Report

The Place for Watch Dogs 3 may be London.

While Ubisoft had patched the end of Watch Dogs two to indicate this, it seems that a current report has verified that this will indeed be true. Although Ubisoft remains to affirm Watch Dogs 3 is still growth, that hasn’t stopped the company from leaking that it is via its AI assistant, Sam. Throw in that the annual staple, Assassin’s Creed is taking a break in 2019 means that we’ll probably see an announcement for Watch Dogs 3 shortly enough. This may see Ubisoft try to alternate between Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed seeing that the gap between releases in its other franchises like Ghost Recon and The Crew seem to be a whole lot larger.

“A new patch for Watch Dogs 2 also fell a major clue for Watch Dogs 3, telling the world that it would be place in London (that it is),” reports Kotaku’s Jason Schreier who has a good track record on Ubisoft leaks.

Interestingly, it might grace the PS5 and next Xbox well. According to a discovery by YouTuber SculziTV, the Watch Dogs trademark might be a sign for a next-generation game because of the fact that it is an all-new filing rather than connected to other preceding Watch Dogs trademarks.

The movie shows off the US signature database using the”new application entered in TRAM” and was processed on December 3 with”supplied data” added on December 17. Although the Watch Dogs signature was filed last year, it was not available publicly until last week.

This discovery by SculziTV via follows last year’s Watch Dogs 3 show through Ubisoft’s AI helper, Sam. It is the Organization’s take on Siri and Alexa. Sam was made to help players get through tougher segments of Ubisoft’s game. Like most AI supporters and discussion bots, you type out questions to Sam that it replies.

Some Ubisoft fans chose to ask it about Watch Dogs 3. This was motivated by an April Fool’s joke from Ubisoft which saw its PC game client, Uplay, sport a theme inspired by DedSec, a faction in the Watch Dogs games.

The simple fact that the official Watch Dogs accounts tweeted and then deleted the term”That really is Everything” which ties to the Watch Dogs marketing stage”Everything is Connected” further piqued fan interest.

However, Sam’s reply to queries about Watch Dogs 3 reveal that the game’s existence. When asked it said:

“Watch Dogs 3 is not completed yet, but in the last early build I tried it’s quite solid. Can’t wait for you to try it”
