Since HMD Global rolls out the Nokia 9 PureView in markets Across the world, the Business has released the first software Upgrade for Your phone.
Packing the March Android Security Patch, the update is currently available over-the-air and will automatically reach the Nokia 9 PureView owners. The update is only available in the US right now. To recall, HMD Global had unveiled the Nokia 9 PureView smartphone at the newly concluded Mobile World Congress 2019 in Barcelona. The phone is currently available in the USA.
Founded in a tweet from Juho Sarvikas, who’s the chief product officer in HMD International, the software upgrade is around 282MB in size. Beyond the March Android Security patch, the upgrade brings system stability improvements and user interface improvements to the telephone. Sarvikas had previously mentionedthat the telephone will even bring several improvements related to the image tuning to the Nokia 9 PureView. The upgrade rollout initially began on March 4.
As all software upgrades are released in batches, the Nokia 9 PureView may require a couple of days to reach all users. But if you do not need to wait for the upgrade notification, it is possible to attempt to manually look for the update by going to Settings > About Telephone > System upgrades .
There is still no word on if HMD Global plans to establish the Nokia 9 PureView in India. The telephone features five rear cameras with Zeiss certified lenses, which are joined by three 12-megapixel monochrome sensors and two 12-megapixel RGB detectors. There is also a 20-megapixel selfie shot on the phone. Furthermore, the Nokia 9 PureView pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, Android 9 Pie, and a 5.99-inch Quad-HD+ (1440×2960 pixels) pOLED display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio.
