LG has launched new Xboom speaker merchandise at CES 2019. The business has launched Xboom mini components, and all round units, Xboom Go portable Bluetooth speakers, and Xboom AI ThinQ speakers that are smart. The LG Xboom array Includes attributes like Karaoke Star, Wireless Party Link, Bluetooth support, party-oriented attributes like DJ Star, Party Accelerator, Cross Fader, and more. The company claims the Xboom products bring strong sound along with ease-of-use too.
The new flagship Xboom miniature component (model CL98) boasts output of 3,500W and also incorporates a Compression Horn to create crisper, more detailed audio across greater frequencies. LG’s high end Xboom (version OL100) delivers 2,000W output, using a proprietary Blast Horn – a folded air duct behind the driver designed to make acoustic sound pressure by directing air through an amplifying duct – to improve high-frequency reproduction and bass functionality. There is also a Meridian Mode which lets you set the audio levels based on personal preferences. The premium all-in-one unit (model OL100) comes with grab and move handle layout and casters to guarantee maximum portability.
There’s also the LG Xboom Move PK series speakers that claims to produce high-fidelity sound despite their compact dimensions and lightweight. Finally the business also brings the Xboom ThinQ AI smart speakers which contain built-in Google Assistant along with Meridian style too.
The new products support aptX HD codec for lossless hi-resolution music streaming over Bluetooth, and a Wireless Party Link feature that makes it feasible to connect multiple speakers. Party oriented features include DJ Star that lets you deftly fade in and out of paths, cue up potential songs and scrape like a professional DJ. There’s also a Cross Fader feature that allows mix audio from two distinct sources. There’s also a Party Accelerator attribute to bring in greater tempo suitable for dancing, and an accompanying DJ program that provides access to a range of effects such as scratch blending and DJ Loop.
There is also the Karaoke Star attribute that can suppress the vocals on almost any track, for permitting users to sing along. It comes with 18 unique vocal effects, fresh multi-colour lighting attribute, a range of preset lighting options such as the ability to sync whatever track has been played.
“LG will continue to enlarge its own Xboom lineup to provide powerful sound which helps users create a fun setting, whatever the event. We’re excited about the current and future of this LG Xboom brand and will continue to bolster our offerings and our position in the party-audio marketplace,” explained Kim Dae-chul mind of LG Home Entertainment Company’s audio and video business in a statement.
