Jio has launched a new Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Attribute called Jio Interact to boost Manufacturer Participation platform.Part of this MyJio program, the Jio Interact feature is the first such use of AI throughout the globe and will reposition the way brands and customers consider involvement, the Mukesh Ambani-endorsed operator asserts. The very first service based on this feature is Live Video Call, that will allow consumers to make video calls using Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan anytime through the day, beginning May 4.
“The first of many services to be found on this platform is your Live Video Call that features India’s favorite celebrities. To kickstart, Jio has on-boarded none other than Bollywood’s biggest star, Amitabh Bachchan, that will promote his forthcoming comedy-drama movie ‘102 Not Out’ in the most revolutionary manner,” a company statement said on Thursday.
During the upcoming few weeks, Jio will introduce services such as video call centers, video catalogue, and virtual showrooms into the forefront redefining customer encounter.”
Users can ask questions related to his forthcoming comedy-drama film, 102 Out Not and even reserve their film tickets in real-time through the ticketing-partner BookMyShow.
“This unique and innovative service employs a powerful artificial intelligence based platform to obey user queries and react to them in the most suitable way. In addition, the stage has a unique auto-learning feature that helps improve the answering accuracy,” the statement said.
Additionally, it stated: “Positioned as VCBaaS (Video Call Bot as a Service), Jio Interact using its full scale multimedia capabilities attempts to democratise Artificial Intelligence & Video Call technology in a simplified manner for effective brand participation. This technology has broad scale software round B2C space. With it, Jio can also be tapping developer ecosystem to create innovative applications such as virtual showrooms, product presentations, ordering cart for e-commerce, etc..”
